Africa LEEPS’ EIP training strengthened capacities of 15 champions, including representatives from research institutions, government organizations, academia, and NGOs, advancing reproductive health and clean energy priorities through evidence synthesis and gender equity integration. While boosting skills in policy communication and systematic reviews, challenges like limited female participation highlight the need for intentional gender inclusion to ensure equitable policy impact.
